Show me how you switch your headlight from dipped to main beam and explain how you would know the main beam is on whilst inside the car.
Operate switch (with ignition or engine on if necessary), check with main beam warning light
Power the car up.
Turn headlights to dipped.
Push the left stick towards the dashboard to turn on the main beam.
Explain that you can tell that the main beam is on using the blue indicator on the dashboard.
Pull the left stick back towards you to cancel the main beam then turn off the headlights.
Never use the main beam unless it is necessary and be courtious to other road users.
